I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, they seemed a little shabby and in need of refurbishment. The service, however, was very friendly and attentive. The location was great, right on the water, but there were some issues like a/c and carpet odors that affected the overall experience. The dining was mediocre at best, but the staff was accommodating and attentive. Overall, it's a clean and comfortable hotel with some room for improvement.

The rooms were clean and offered a beautiful view of the lake, but unfortunately, they faced the roads, so I had to deal with loud vehicles at all hours of the day and night. The service was friendly and great, with a staff that was incredibly courteous. The location was good, close to everything I needed, but I encountered some issues on hold waiting for customer service to pick up. The dining experience was satisfying, especially compared to other establishments, and the facilities were adequate.
